The name of the screen should be FieldService_Dashboard(2). Some how this screen reverted to an old one.

Thanks to Ben, I figured out how to up and download records into Method. Unfortunately I also noticed that the records were just added and didn't overwrite older versions... now I have duplicated over duplicates that I need to get rid off! How can I do that?
