Any updates? I really want to copy several pages to my new account so I don't have to waste days recreating them on a new account.

Is there any way to hide some of the activity status options from particular users (roles)? I would be happy with a work around if there is not a direct root to achieving this.

Hi Greg,
As far as I know, this issue is isolated to your account. Unfortunately, we don’t have a tool in place at this time for resetting Method New accounts. We’ll need to put your ticket through the standard channels and have this error resolved by our development team. I don’t have an ETA for this, but I’ll keep you ...

I took the SQL from your last post and put it into the advanced section for the TxnDate field. As soon as the screen opens I get the following message:

Thank you for the suggestion, James. We tried that but it doesn't help. One thing we noticed is that we can sign onto one account with no problems. Once we sign into more, every screen freezes.
It sounds suspicously like Throttling from RCN - which is illegal in Massachusetts.

Just a thought... Maybe Try using Google dns instead of your isp's DNS.

I would like to retrieve a value from Preferences (QuickBooks) but the table is not available

anyone else having connection issues with Method who use AT&T or RCN since Methof switched servers to Amazon? We get about 15 minutes of connection and then it freezes and we can't access Method. This is true on all of our computers and laptops. But when we go offsite and use Verizon, no problems.
And no, we don't have any ...
