Hi,
Is it fine to move Method Integration engine to another PC and it is still connect to the same quickBooks company file?
If it is fine, just want to make sure if all I need to do are like:
1. Turn off old method integration engine
2. install method integration engine in another Pc and run it with same company file.

From the Users subscription page:
Checking off the App accesses will result in a -$25 but will still let you assign that User in different Apps (like M:C).
Give that a try and let me know if you run into any problems.

Hey Stephanie,
When creating a reoccurring activity, you will need to do that from Method rather than Outlook.
Also in the settings:
If you do create a reoccurring activity in Method, note this option if you want to have a larger date range sync over.

I deleted it and went native. That works.

Is your 'View Activity' screen stock or customized?
I've tried among multiple test accounts and it still loads the correct Activity RecordID.

The field name length displayed needs to be longer. This is especially unhandy in accounts where we do not have method classic.

I do see the +4 hours added to the time. I have created a ticket for this issue.
In regards to the click and it goes into a Empty RecordID View Activity screen, I am unable to replicate that issue.
Can you test it on other Contacts/Activities and follow up if you still are getting an Empty RecordID View Activity screen please.
