Very frustrating! I just spent an hour recreating that screen with one simple customization . . . and now it's still "hanging" (i.e. won't load). What do I do now?

You mean test the original search screen? I already did that. But how do I recreate the link to the original search screen?

It's a customized search screen . . . but the only thing customized is the addition of the Customer Type field and it's been working fine for a few weeks and then just stopped working yesterday for no reason as we made no changes to Method.
It's frustrating to take time to customize something only to have it easily break with ...

When I click on the "Search" button, the contents never fully load and it won't let me filter. It just looks like it's constantly trying to load the data, but never finishes.

We have assigned customer a tax code that is non-taxable, but when we go to create a sales order for those customers, Method is still charging them tax.

Obviously, the sooner this can be resolved the better as our reps cannot enter orders!
