I have a Shipping and Handling item that will not populate within the Item Table of invoices or sales orders when the entire item is typed. This item has been working for months, and all of a sudden is not populating.
I confirmed that it is still active. It is a non-inventory item.
Any ideas why this won't populate?

I'm finding multiple invoices that have totalling issues.

Viewing QB wasn't an option, but it did generate the number that indicates a sync- never posted to resolve conflicts, and I ended up deleting the adjustment twice, and eventually it worked properly.

Does each inventory item have to have a different Manufacturing part number?
Can I have different inventory items with the same manufacturing part number essentially?
I'm running into issues importing information on this.
