Hi Jennifer,
This really depends on how you wish to approach this. If you were to import each lead, several thousand a year, and few of which become actual leads then you may have thousands of dead leads in Method. You can certainly do this, then possibly design a screen to 'purge' the list once in awhile.
The bigger concern ...

If I'm not mistaken you're referring to QuickBooks Reports correct? Which includes the following information from all Estimates that exist in QuickBooks:
Company Name
Products/Services
Total Dollar Value
If that's the case then I would suggest you look at the QuickBooks Reports Center and looking into ...

Hi theavspecialist,
Leads don't sync to QuickBooks so I'm not sure why you're receiving this message. Are you sure this lead hasn't been converted into a Customer? Even so you should be able to edit just the email address without receiving a conditional warning.
Try this, go to Customize > Tables/Fields > click on the ...

Hi Fast Eddie,
Is this related to your other post regarding taxes? Method will keep the same data as QuickBooks, so if a Customer/Item are marked as taxable in QBO then make sure you perform a Full Sync then refresh your screen in Method and check again.

The easiest way to set up a reminder to call back a customer is an option with our Activity Screen called Schedule a Follow-up. Once the option ...

Hi John,
I was able to replicate this. Seems when you update or save it doesn't like the COGS for some reason. I'm able to use other account types though…what about you? Let me look further into this before I post back here.
A temporary solution is for you to create these particular bills in QB…they'll still sync to ...

Hi Fran,
The Yes indicator for the "Iswaitingforsync" field or the checkmark for the label "Waiting for Sync Approval? for the "Estimate", "Receive Payment", "Sales Order", and "Invoices" screeens, will prevent the transactions from being sent over to QuickBooks until the ...
