Thank you. Had another customer call this morning trying to pay an invoice using PayPal and unable to. I've done everything I know how to do to attempt to correct the problem (re-inputting all information and resaving payment type), but it doesn't seem to correct the problem.

I just did a sync on my own desktop account and did not get an error. Will check in with clients.

So far so good, taking quite a while to sync the backlog fo data, but no error yet.
I would expect a detailed explination at some point - lessons learned, and how Method will keep this from happening again.

Good news! Our sync is working again! Yippee!

Update:
Received news that the Sync Engine should now be back up and running.
Please verify by completly closing down the engine (that includes confirming there are no running proccesses of the runtime in your Task Manager) and reopening.
Please follow up with the outcome.

That's actually not much of an update. Would sombody with detailed knowledge please let us know what the problem is, and an ETA on when we might expect Method to be back online - or at least an ETA on a real update...

Hey Karrena,
You would have to add that Field to a Grid on screen.
Depending on which Table you added that Field to, you would customize a screen based off that Table and add that new Field to either the existing Grid or to a new Grid object on screen.
Please let me know if you would like me to elaborate on the steps.
