My mistake here, it's not 2 full sync's that need to happen, you need to close and open QuickBooks twice (and sometimes restart the computer). If that doesn't work then it's a permission issue.

An update - we are still waiting to hear back from Intuit on when/if they are going to allow syncing with Resale Number in QB Online. We have pinged them again to see if they are getting us the answer this week as promised.

This is still an ongoing weekly issue for me. In response to this issue, I believe that Method CRM has been developing a method for receiving notifications when issues occur with the sync engine, which I think would be very helpful. My concern is estimates as our sales cycle is a long one, our estimates sit for 3-6 months before closing. I went to Quickbooks tab>transaction history and changed it to 365 days, and changed each item under that to 365, synced and still no transactions older than 365 days.
