We can certainly understand the pain in having to select the same users (or other filter options) each and every time you log in. Having a ‘default’ or ‘save last view’ preference could help out. Great ideas we’ll be sure to bring up in our meetings and keep you posted along the way.
The ability to view or merge all ...

Joe,
To help answer this one, we’ll have to take a quick step back and start with the foundation. We know that every screen is built off of a particular table. We also know that every grid displays information from its specified table which we as the user specify in the grid properties. Attached and unattached are the two options you ...

Joe,
It sounds like you are trying to combine the characteristic that define two individual field types of the texbox and the dropdown which is something that cannot be done.
Consider this, use a radio button that lists the predefined values for convenience as well as an option called ‘other’. If you select one of the predefined ...

We’ll keep ...

By adding the fields it also gives you ...

John emailed his response as follows:
“May I contact them directly.
Thank you for your partnership,”
John, it’s actually an inner component, so they are not someone that supports end users.
We’re currently using version 8 of the report designer, and it appears that version 9 actually supports HTML rendering by the RTF ...

Hey John,
The report designer is actually a 3rd party component we use. I don’t believe (un-confirmed) it’s capable of rendering text with formatting options pulled from an HTML editor. Add to this post in a couple months and we’ll see if we could dig deeper into this then.

Hi there,
You’re getting this message because you’re trying to save a WorkOrder while one of the required fields ‘Assigned To’ is missing. If you removed the field from the screen, you’ll have to add it back before you can save the record.
By design WorkOrders are assigned to Method users because not every ...
