Is there any way to attach multiple files (such as estimates) to a single email using a method similar to this?

OK, I got it to work as described in the thread you referenced. However, It will only allow one file to be uploaded as an attachment. Is there a way to add more than one? This is important when emaileding out multiple estimates to customers.

I was able to replicate this issue. I don't believe that is the correct work-flow, I have created a ticket for our development team to take a look. I'll keep you posted in this thread.

Unfortunately there is no to automate this process from an Action Set. It would require some manually re-uploading.

Hey Bob,
That information sits on a Table called 'outingConflicts' and the field you will be working with is 'BlnResolved.'
Setup an Action that Retrieves Value from Table where BlnResolved = FALSE.
Make sure for 'If multiple results:' you Retrieve Count.

You will not be able to transfer that custom field into Google Calendar sync, you can add an Action to transfer whatever that is in the custom location Field into the Activity Comments which do show up in a Google Calendar sync.
