It went through okay for me, but I did have about ~400 Opportunities.
I am importing about > 200 more opportunities to try again, can you try adding a clause to the Loop Through Table action to only work up to 400 records? (add an AND to the WHERE).
I will test again with 600 records and let you know what i find ...
