Hi Jonathan,
The Tables of Report dropdown is populated after you select an option from the Report dropdown. The list of tables will be based off of the tables that you used to build the report. Are you not seeing any options after selecting a report?

Hi Alex,
Upon further inspection, it appears that you cannot add or modify QB custom field data through the SDK for any transactions that already exist. I’ll stress this again; this is a limitation of the QB SDK, which is developed by Intuit. Unless Intuit decides to add this feature to the SDK, it is impossible for us to add it to our ...

Hi Alex,
I understand that you spoke with our support team over the phone and they came to the conclusion that this is happening is due to a limitation with the QuickBooks SDK. The SDK does not support the ability to add or change data in QB custom fields for purchase orders after the purchase order has been created. If you would like to check ...

Hi Mark,
Sorry, but I can’t provide an ETA for when field services for Method New (M:N) will be available. We first plan to go live with M:N and Method Nonprofit. Field services will come after that.
Be sure to keep an eye on our blog, this forum thread and follow us on twitter for all the latest release information.

Hi Alex,
I cannot provide you with an ETA, but as I stated, I will keep you up-to-date on the status via this thread.

Hi Alex,
You’re right, this is now happening on my end as well. I’ll create a ticket with our development team and have them investigate further. I’ll keep you posted on any updates via this forum thread.
You might be able to work-around this for the time being. It appears that once the line has synced with QB, you can enter a ...

Hi Alex,
Please confirm that your date, time and timezone are correct on your sync computer. If any of these are incorrect, sync problems will occur. Also make sure that you are signed into QuickBooks as the admin user on this computer. This will prevent conflicts due to insufficient permissions.
If you confirm the above and are still having ...

Hi Alex,
I’m not sure why these custom field values are being cleared on sync, but it looks like you can resolve the issue by allowing edits directly on the grid. You can do this by selecting the Edit button on the VendorCreditLineItems grid, navigating to step 5 and changing the radio option to Editing takes place directly in the grid. For ...
