mmcgrath - I am not sure it would be possible to use a linked field in the Customer Table for the Contacts Title, this would likely cause some issues (what if you have many Contacts tied to one Customer). Have you considered adding a custom field to your Customer Table, call it "Job Title"? Just note, with this method if you ...

Hi Scott,
I ran a test in my account and was able to have it sync over. Would it be possible its filtered out of the grid? If you wish, you can enable MethodSupport and email me your Method account name and I can have a look. Also let me know which contacts I'm looking for and I'll see what I can find.

Kbquinn,
At this point, I am not completely sure if Method just isn't accessing these fields from QuickBooks because it has not yet been setup, or if this is a Quickbooks SDK limitation. Either way, unfortunately at this time, Method does not have the ability to sync with these other alternative ...

Please check to see if the Method Integration Engine is up and running and your Quickbooks file is open. If the sync engine is working, the customer you are deleting may have transactions associated with it.
If customers have previous transactions, QuickBooks will not allow Method to delete them. If you check QuickBook -> Resolve ...

Good - glad to hear you are back to normal.
So, yes, if QB is corrupted, it's going to play havoc with Method (or any 3rd party app for that matter) since the data it is providing is invalid and can break the sync until the file is fixed.
I guess the best advice I can give is if your QB is getting shaky, backup OFTEN.

As you start to ad your Method users to your account (Customize>>>Users) you can set up the sharing between them in step 6 of the wizard when you edit each user. We ...

KieranD - The steps above shouldn't be above your ability....you don't have to do any coding (that's all done for you), it's just a copy and paste. It looks waaaaay more intimidating than it actually is. So just keep that in mind for the future.
Google Apps - our company also runs on Google Apps. So, yes, we know ...

emiller,
You defiantly don't want to delete the customer table since this table syncs with QB. In-fact you probably won't' be able to even if you wanted to. You are more concerned with the customer records in the table not the actual table itself.
Ok…a couple of very important concepts when importing leads. You must be ...

Yes on QBO. However I have them set up as individual customers in QBO which then synced over to Method that way. So Method did what it was told. But, I set them up differently in SalesForce (which also supported multiple contacts per Account). In SF, I set them up as one Account and Multiple Contacts. That's the ...
