Yes custom screens can be imported from another Method account and the tables that are associated with those custom screens get automatically imported as well, however, the data held within those tables does not get copied over unless you edit the table and enable Copying between other Method accounts. You can check when the last time a full sync was performed by clicking on the QuickBooks tab, then by clicking on the Synchronize tab link.
