Cleared cache and cookies.  Deleted the box and re-inserted it.  Still does not work...  Had 3 quotes due this AM and cannot even send a simple basic quote....  Extremely frustrated with Method. It's slow, not user friendly, and now doesn't work.  Awesome.

Hi.  Do I need to copy the screen to another name and then edit it? When I did the right click on the screen, it said the screen name was "CRM_EDITCUSTOMER". If I copy it, how do I get the system to access that screen once I make the change? Thanks!
