So there is no way turning back Customer to Leads except delete them and re-import?
Is it available if I create fields that shows EntityType (Customer/Customer Leads) then change them to Customer Leads? So when the full sync occurs, the leads is not shown in QB.
Please advise.

You should be able to have to objects with the same Name, because since its a subitem the FullName will be composed of both the Item and Subitem name. You could also just remove the items from the list that you don't want update before the import.

Yeah, I think around 1,000 tended to bust. I think 500 ran okay. Curious what you find out.

Are you getting an error or is nothing happening? If there's no error, it may just be that the grid is not showing the insert. If you refresh the grid, if an insert was successful, it will show.
I'd also make sure you are setting the right value for SalesReceiptRecordID. You should be using "Value from Screen" ...

So uploading new contacts using import and method decided to log me out after 10 minutes so half didnt get imported. Michael - Yes, we tried that originally, but unfortunately some of our reps are neither employees nor vendors, but actually Other Names.
