Am I the only one having these problems?
When I try to add a new contact from the Gmail gadget, sometimes it takes minutes (maybe 5 minutes).
About half the time I try to add new activities, the activity does not get added at all...although the gadget cycles back to the proper screen as if it had added the activity.

There is no tool to automate this. You’ll have to update the actions on each of your screens manually. I recommend that you update one set of screens with my suggestion and verify that this resolves the issue. We are wanting to mail something to our leads in Method, and I can't for the life of me figure out how to export the accounts we have in there.
