Hi Allison, It sounds like you didn't modify your Go To Tablink action to point to the copied screen under your new tab. If you want to show the screen in a pop-up, you'll want to remove your Go To Tablink actions and add a Close Screen In Popup action instead. Hope this helps. - Justin

I copied the documents tab but now it takes me back to documents so I want to cut off the link between the two tabs.

Jonathan, Where are you seeing "pending invoice"? I would assume that this means not syncing to QB, but I'm not sure where in Method you're referring to. Wait for Sync Approval would be unchecked by whomever you've given permission to and/or instructed to do so. To be printed in QuickBooks and To be emailed ...

I’ve tried both ways and am not having luck with either. I would like to do it as a popup screen though.
