Hi Allison, It sounds like you didn't modify your Go To Tablink action to point to the copied screen under your new tab. If you want to show the screen in a pop-up, you'll want to remove your Go To Tablink actions and add a Close Screen In Popup action instead. Hope this helps. - Justin

Jonathan, Where are you seeing "pending invoice"? I would assume that this means not syncing to QB, but I'm not sure where in Method you're referring to.
