Where are you seeing "pending invoice"? I would assume that this means not syncing to QB, but I'm not sure where in Method you're referring to.
Wait for Sync Approval would be unchecked by whomever you've given permission to and/or instructed to do so.

				        One of our users receives a pop-up after signing in that says that he has timed out or signed in elsewhere, and is then re-directed back to the sign-in page (I would show a screenshot but it's impossible to do so in this forum).
Clearing the browser (Chrome/Windows7) fixes things but this seems to happen quite frequently and/or randomly ...
