If a customer contact has existing estimates, when I click on one to view it, it takes me to the "new" estimate screen and does not bring up the existing estimate. I'm just curious is this has been resolved or if there is an ETA on the resolution...it is a major issue for us as we balance our routes through Google Calendar after using the optimize option in the route maps. Hi Kevin,
You have a few options. Without getting into a bunch of detail... Easiest, make your report the defult report template for invoices. Then when on invoice screen, use "print Preview" button which brings up PDF of your report. With PDF you can then print... OR... make a copy of the invoice screen ...

I have a client that was having similar behavior on a Mac, though it was happening even before the latest Chrome update. Were you by chance using GoTo Meeting or a similar screen share before the issue starts? I don't remember exactly what led me to believe screen shariing may be a contributing factor, but I think it might be.

Where is this chart grabbing it's data from? is it for all work orders in the date range? Does it matter the status of the work orders?

Since the latest version of Chrome, some of us are having issue with Method on our Mac laptops. The screen refuses to load correctly, bits of screen flash on and off and Chrome takes over the Mac’s resources.

Trying to design a report and the fields I needed are in the Invoice Table, but I can't find how to print the report. I've looked in Customer Tab and under invoices but don't see a way to prnt a custom report? Thanks.

My long term goal is to cut off contact between Method and quickbooks. I want Quickbooks to be uploading to Method but not Method to Quickbooks. So are you sure there is no way to do this?

Hello Justin. The problem is that they can´t be deleted either... they have recods in the audit trail. This filter could be included in the new platform.
