I’ve tried both ways and am not having luck with either. I would like to do it as a popup screen though.

One of our users receives a pop-up after signing in that says that he has timed out or signed in elsewhere, and is then re-directed back to the sign-in page (I would show a screenshot but it's impossible to do so in this forum). Hi Mahlon, Scratch that, I've found an already open ticket for this. To confirm, this is happening when you try to add a dropdown field to any table, correct? You should be able to add the dropdown field through Method:Classic and have it show up in New. Hope this helps. - Justin

Hi Allison, Which action are you using to point to the screen? Are you using a Go To Tablink action, or perhaps an Open Screen In Popup action? Is there a tablink under your New Tab for the Document screen(s) you would like to use? Let me know. - Justin

I can confirm that I receive the same error.   I think the question we have right now is whether or not the error is being thrown by our API or your internal services.   I am looking through our logs and cannot pinpoint any failures on our side, which leads me to believe it might be a problem with the communication between ...
