Nevermind I figured it out - needed to change it to "display as HTML editor" Works good now

In method old, I created a "quote description" field where I could insert pictures, format the text, etc....  When I try to add the same function to Method New / Beta, I do not have the option for formatting or adding pics...  Any way around this? Thanks

Hi Allison, Contact is a required field, there is no way to do this. Customers need a Main Contact to sync with QuickBooks, so Leads do as well, since they'll eventually (hopefully) be converted to a Customer. Hope this helps. - Justin

Actually this situation happens a lot where you have an invoice with no Line items.  Method user starts to enter in a record, then decides doesn't want it.   I agree it shouldn't be that wsay but it happens. I only have this problem occaisonally, not constantly, so it has been hard to track down I guess.  They opened a case a while back, but have not heard anything from them.
