Hello,
Report Designer is delivering an error when trying to open an existing report saying:
The Report Failed to be Created
Unknown time zone
But it is allowing me to create a new report.

Did anyone solve this? I assume someone got it working in PHP since 2013?? Im getting the same error... Failure. The API could not validate your log in.

I was able to get a SOAPClient working with php, but its coming back with this error:
[MethodAPITableListResult] => Failure. The API could not validate your log in. Please make sure you have entered the correct Company Account, User and Password, and that each are spelt correctly. Also, ensure that this User has been configured for Method ...

I realize this is the wrong way of accessing the api, so this post can be deleted

Hi Abbie,
On the Tasks and Materials line item grid, click Details... for a line item. On the screen that pops up, there is a dropdown for Customer Equipment. An entry will be created in the grid for the equipment selected in this dropdown.
Hope this helps.

Mike,
If QB has an import feature specifically for Constant Contact, that may be the better route.
Either way you do it, the information will sync between Method and QuickBooks. If there's a tool specifically for the software you're importing from, use that, and the data should sync over to Method just fine.

Hi Mike,
When configuring the properties for the drop down box, on step 5 of 6 you can set filters. In your example you can choose the TagList field and set the filter to Contains and have it matching the tag you would like to use.

Thanks Justin - I'll check it out. I had seen QB's new(ish) Constant Contact import feature so I was hoping that would save a couple of steps, but the priority is for it to come in correctly. I'll take a look - thanks again.

Hi Mike,
I would recommend using Method's Import / Export tool, for which we have a Help Center article located here. In that article you will also find video tutorials on how to import Customers and Customer Leads specifically.
Hope this helps.
