If you set column widths for a grid using the % option and the values exceed 100, the columns after 100 get squished really small. So if a grid has 3 columns and I set them each to 50% the first 2 would show at just under 50% and the last one would be squished. In classic it would treat the percentages as a proportion... Hi Marcelo, Sorry for the late reply, I initially missed this. I created a table for makes called CarMake and a table for models called CarModel. I then added a required dropdown field Make to the CarModel table, which created the link between the two tables. Hope this helps. - Justin

Hi rmkc512, There is no way to have a case created froman incoming email. The ability to create cases is available through our stock Contacts Portal however, so you could encourage your customers to use this feature. Hope this helps. - Justin

Hi haydenareadb, There isn't a way to get each tag into its own cell, however you can use Microsoft Office's Replace command to replace text in a string (e.g. "tag3," in "tag1,tag2,tag3,tag4") within Excel. This MS Office support article explains how to accomplish this. Hope this helps. - Justin

In the bill screen, item section I entered a show screen in pop up actions to be able to create a new item if it does not exist, should this action have the same record id as active record or has no relationship ? I am not sure since the record (item does nnot exist yet)

Okay, so I got it to work successfully to un-tag. However, it's still pretty clunky. Is there any way I can get each tag into its own cell? That would make deleting one of the tags much easier. Thanks,
