Hey Lance,
I can't speak to your script, but I add these elements to my Sales Orders templates all the time. I add them as fields beneath the address box so that I can add labels, like "name, email,phone"...They aren't quite the same as an address.

Check the Entity table. In QB their is ONE table of names for customers, employees, vendors and other names and each name must be unique.
Hope that Helps.

Hi JWS,
Is your design taking you below the margins? or into footer sections? Or even one of your sections? Check the ruler grid on the right hand side or look at your properties.

JWS.
I have clients ask for this all of the time. You would have to do some customization on the Create Invoice screen . So that the SO number is populated as your Invoice refnumber. The huge challenge with doing this is that ALL invoices created from SO's would need to be done in Method. If you generated in QB, QB would ...

hi WaveTec,
Sounds like a great process. If I get you - you have one actionresult which is combo part#/description.... With that result - set up a new actionresult which joins this to build your list. try using the char function --join with line break..
Then when you put into email body...one ...
