  • Tabs and Tab Groups to Remove

    Do you have a list of tabs and tab groups that need to be removed when switching to the&nbsp;new Method version?&nbsp;I want to remove all the tabs and tab groups for the old&nbsp;CRM&nbsp;version (not full blown).&nbsp; &nbsp;

    Our average sales rep doesn&#39;t have access to a QB role. We instead had to add a products tab to the CRM role. But something like this should be standard to the CRM role if you consider other CRM applications.

  • Where are Products?

    In the new upgrade of CRM, I can&#39;t find products anywhere. Often our reps would look up products to see if they were in stock before ordering for a customer.&nbsp; Again, products and inventory should be a staple of any CRM system.&nbsp;

    Some info is there, but when we look at transactions for a customer, all of the amounts show zero and we can&#39;t &quot;zoom&quot; into the transactions to see more info.&nbsp;

    Yes you can login and I enabled your user . . . although you have had problems logging into our account in the past.

    I would send a screenshot but your forum doesn&#39;t allow for uploading images unless I upload it to my site and send a link which is kind of time-consuming.&nbsp; And this happens on the desktop version as well as android and windows phone and iPhone.&nbsp; So it&#39;s the same on all devices.&nbsp; Just lines show up that usually separate the ...

  • Mobile Not Working

    Since upgrading to the most recent&nbsp;version of Method,&nbsp;the mobile screens are not working correctly.&nbsp; We can see a list of customers, but when we click on a customer, there is not data&nbsp;displayed . . . only&nbsp;lines.&nbsp; It is the same for all of the mobile tabs as well . . . lists, but no details.
