We currently have three users. When I set up the email settings in the customise section - we all end up with the same eMail address.
e.g.
I go to customize
Add in my smtp settings
Add an email address (e.g. admin@*******.co.uk) -
And a password
Then save settings - and this email address is set up ...

Thank you this was very helpful. So by using the Mchimp integration sending my already opted in addresses to mailchimp do they still require to get opt in authorized if coming from method?
if a customer opts out in mailchimp does it sync with method as well?

Method has a reminder feature built in that will send a reminder 15 minutes before an activity(Call) is due it doesn't automatically send them an email when a call is created, though you could through customization have Method send an email to their phone anytime a new Call is created.

Try this and let me know the outcome. View your employees in Method, check out only the one's that don't show up on the Users screen. If they don't have an email address then that's the problem, you need to add one for them to show up. If they do have an email address then just edit it by adding or removing a character ...
