It's difficult and potentially dangerous for us to offer a option to resolve all conflicts on mass because conflicts are unique to each account.     Hi John M, You can definitely delete invoices and an estimate in Method and Quickbooks and it will definitely make the proper changes in the other respective application. For that specific invoice conflict, you can figure out why the conflict has occured by reading the message that appears below the Filter, Date Time, Type, Table, Record ID, ...

    Hi Jeff - I believe the reason it's not showing up in QB Online is that it it is actually deleted in QB Online. What you need to do is: 1. Go to QB Online. 2. Go to your Customer Center.  3.     Paul   Thank you for qucik response. The account is still not showing in QBonline but is showing in Method CRM  and when I have I get no error message.     Blake, I was also having a sync error with unit of measure... I have come to conclusion I do not like UOM.     Thought I would share an update on getting UOM on my Estimate and SO line items working correctly... When syncing with QB, Method was having a conflict trying to map 'By the bag' or 'By the gallon' UOM. It was trying to map and sync the UOM on an Item using these phrases rather than the 'bag' or 'gallon' ...

Although we can see some fields are different we couldn't figure out when to use an appointment, when to use a task and when to use an activity . . . they all sound so similar.  ...
