Method Community

I want to block off holidays on the Method Calendar when we won't be working so I don't book appointments or calls on those days.  How can I do this?

I am the salesperson in the company.  How can I track how much revenue I bring into the company.  I am bringing on new customers.  The customers we already have or house accounts do not count towards this.  

When a person fills out the webform, is the data they put into it emailed to Method, or is it entered directly into Method? I ask because if our email server goes wonky, I don't want to lose that data. Also - any suggestions on how to add a spam filter or honeypot to the form? Thank you! Meghan

If you have access to QuickBooks, then the simplest way to do this would be to run the Sales by Customer Summary report in QuickBooks.  It's available in both QuickBooks and QuickBooks Online.  No need to re-invent the wheel in Method.

Hello Mahlon, The issue has been fixed, We have removed the focus and Lose focus event from Datepicker, they have been replaced by change option. Please test it and let me know. -Inder

Should the date difference have a rounding function? I have a situation where I'm calculating the difference between start time and completed time and want to display the result in minutes.  See the screenshots below.

I added the checkbox column to a grid. How do I control the width? I was unable to find anything in the column settings.

I randomly got bumped off of method new today working in two different accounts. I did sign out, clear cash in the browser and all of the normal routine. It seems to let me right back in
