Since Method CRM is contact driven all of you QB customers / jobs are also listed as contacts. What you're seeing is the contacts for the actual QB customer as well as the contacts for all their jobs listed on the one grid which is normal.
If you really wanted to, you could create filters and different views for the grid to display ...

Can you recall what changes you made? This sounds like its coming from one of the scripts on the report. Did you delete any field or objects from the report by any chance? Is that the entire message you received of was there more?

Our team is currently working on Google integration but there's no ETA on this just yet. I can tell you I've seen it "in the labs" and was impressed. You can expect a blog entry and other forms of announcement about this as we get closer to release.
