Hi Shane,
I can't tell you exactly how much each activity, email, etc takes, it would be highly unlikely to hit the limit. By hosting your files on SmartVault you will be eliminating most of the possibility of going over.

Hi Mark,
I heard back from the dev team. They are aware of this. We try our best to match Quickbooks logic when accepting a save and passing on to Quickbooks. In this instance, despite our best efforts, the conflict is created. There is no resolution or fix at this time.

barstone,
There is no way in Method to change a contact type. This is a Quickbooks field that is set by Quickbooks. I don't know of any way to re-assign a main contact in Method. Your workaround might be the best option. Another workaround would be to add a contact with the exact same info as the original ...

Is there one central table that controls all these specific fields? All I end up with is a drop down box or a entry line with no value. Having trouble connecting the variable entry and the display, as well as knowing which additional ...

Sorry for the mix up. It is the other way around.

MIke,
Yes, its the table that is synced.
I think where you might be confused is that linking the BillAddressState field to your new Province dropdown will only allow you to select values from that field. So if you started off with no customers (so no values in the BillAddressState field), that dropdown would be blank. ...

Hi Mike,
You are correct for the most part.
There are a few things you need to consider when going this route. The first and most important is that the BillAddressState needs to stay on the screen. It can be hidden, but this field is linked to QB and your dropdown won't be. That new dropdown box will not exist ...
