Hi Neil,
I believe you're looking for the Desc field in the SalesOrderLine table. I did a quick test and when I made a change in the description in a sales order in QB, it was reflected in this field in Method. I hope this is what you are looking for.

If you added the 'billing email' field to the correct table, it should be associated with a reccordID for that customer. It appears the SmartVault site is down for maintenance. This is likely the reason you can't authorize your account. I would keep checking the SmartVault site for updates. When they are back, you should be able to set it up.

My stock screen on this end is working. Can we take this offline? If you email me your Method account and enable Method Support, I can take a look at your screen and hopefully get to the root of the issue.

I can't seem to replicate this. Could you try logging out and logging back in again, and try on both the October and November versions? If it occurs again, can you list the steps you took to create the error.

Hi Dottie,
Could you possibly send me a screen shot or two around what you are trying to accomplish? Is this a custom screen? I would think a filter by view would accomplish this. How is the grid currently being filtered? Or is it?
