Your account can be managed in the Subscription Portal. In Method, go to Customize -> My Account and click on 'Go to Subscription Portal...'. There is a cancellation option. If you need assistance, you can speak to your Sales Rep and he or she can help you out.

I have a hot new lead. You are missing underscores, " _ " in your equation. When you have to carry the equation to a new line, you need underscores to tell the program it's continuing on the next line.
