I don't know if they are related or not. I do have another post, which is in the Method Providers forum, about SSL certificates and mobile being an issue. I am currently inquiring with development about the Ccertificates. I'll keep you informed as best as I can on what I find.

That is correct. Our web to lead forms functioned properly using https from February 2013 through July 28, 2014. I see that method renewed their SSL certificate, shortly before these forms stopped working, possibly through a new certificate authority.
