Method Community

Is it possible to access the conflicts table through the API even as a read only? I'd like to be able to periodially poll the table to see if there are any conflicts and if someone if there are any so they can be resolved as quickly as possible.

Type in I want to send an e-mail etc...and check the box to Send and E-mail 4. I'm at this screen, not sure where you're finding this action ...
