Hi sbonner,
This is something that would be much easier for us to take a look at over the phone with you. I have created a support case for you and a member of our support team will reach out as soon as they are available.
I noticed that we don’t have a contact number on file for you. You will be receiving a case notification shortly. ...

Hi EED,
In QuickBooks and Method, Customers and Jobs are considered "Entities". To create a Job of a Customer is to create a sub-Entity of a Customer (or essentially, sub-Customer), so the name of a job is stored in the same Name field that a Customer's name is.
Every Entity/Customer in QuickBooks has a Primary Contact ...

Hello Blake C,
Here's my answer. I tried the steps you mentioned above and replicate the same issue as described by you. I believe once you are trying to clear the "Subitem of" field in Method and you send back to QB,it seems like it does not like the blank value since you can change the value to something else and there is no ...

Hello Jason,
I would strongly avoid condensing your QuickBooks file if it is connected to a Method account. It would have adverse affects on the Method database. You would run into very large problems including many conflicts.
The article you have read is not an official Method article from the Method ...

Hi mlwells,

You can continue to use Method when the QuickBooks server is off in your office. It will just be using information that was last synced through ...

Let's try this. Otherwise, I think we'll have to leave it for Michael on Monday morning.
1. Add / Remove Programs, remove QBFC8 if it is already installed.
2. Add / Remove Programs, remove the Method Integration Engine.
3. Install QBFC8 individually from ...

Hi Dave,
I added the same fields to those tables as type text since you never specified the field type. Here’s what I noticed:
If you create a new sales order with data for both custom fields and save the sales order it doesn't seem to save the SOSerialNumber (custom field at SO line item) the first time you save the SO. You can ...

Hello,
I tested this out and it worked fine, the balance was updated in real time in Method. I entered 2 new invoices for a customer then went into QB, received payment against both invoices for the full amount, saved it and then went into Method. In Method I selected the customer, went to the Transactions tab section and the balance ...
