From my testing, the default Chart starts displaying 'No Opportunitities to Show' once an Opportunity Stage is greater than or equal to 29 characters (spaces included).
You have a few options:
1) Decrease the Opportunity Stage name less than 29, you can open the screen: 'New / Edit Opportunity Stages' ...

Still unable to replicate this error.
I have created a screen with over 12 fields, and multiple actions. The Loop value in a Insert to Table action does not lose its value.
Anything else I can add to my screen you think that I am missing? I'll give it another shot.

Hey,
The most likely causes are the QB user running does not have permission to modify transactions in QB. Or the closing date has been set and a QB Admin would need to change the restriction to modify the transaction.
