Laks - thanks again. I had set the Content-Type to application/xml; it was supposed to be text/xml.

Hello,
We normally get this error when a supporting Content-type was not set? It has to be set as one of the requests Headers. Under Headers add a Key that says Content-Type and a Value that says text/xml. Hope this helps.
