As such there could be N documents related to each record and each record could have a different number of documents.     Hi Michael, Emails can contain multiple attachments, when setting up the Send Email action you can click the plus sign beside the Attachment Location field to add more attachments.&nbsp;If you&#39;re not sure how many attachments you need, you can use conditional statements to setup different combinations of Send Email actions with different ...

    Sure Glen. Just to confirm, after the reset you will lose any customizations/screens&nbsp;you have made in your account. Your account will&nbsp;be in the same state as when you first signed up. Want me to proceed with the reset?

    I&#39;d like to create an email that includes all relavent files. How can I achieve this especially if I&#39;m not sure how many attachments there might be. --Michael

    Thanks Russell! If I understand correctly, the action result used in the body field in the send email action needs to contain the dynamically generated&nbsp;rowset from the database in HTML format. &nbsp;But what action type would be used to &quot;accumulate&quot; each row from the loop, which is what ultimately becomes part of the HTML code?

    Hi Glen, Method is designed to be used as an add on to QuickBooks, and always connected. Although it is possible to use Method&nbsp;on its own, you won&#39;t be able to take full advantage of the platform so this isn&#39;t recommended.&nbsp;It is probably due to to the disconnection between QuickBooks and Method that you are getting the customer ...
