Hello Retrotel,
I have few questions, which can help in understanding the issue. So when you are trying to install it on your employee machine, Is it giving you any error? or it's installed successfully but not showing up in the Add ins? Did you try to run it as Admin because sometimes it requires special permission to install.

Hi Robert,
Here's my answer. Unfortunately we do not have any provison of changing it into uppercase in character function list, unless you want to you use replace character but for that you might have to enter all the alphabets and their Uppercase values means you would need 26 character functions to replace all the characters ...

Jason - SORRY!
You need to use the SendToDesktop API call.
What happens is when an invoice is created, it won't go to QuickBooks yet because it has no line items. But when you add line items, it doesn't know when you are finished. Calling SendToDesktop says "I'm done - let 'er fly".

Looks like I am talking to myself here. Could someone give us some guideance here please?
We were able to get the invoice to insert via Method API. However, it does not seem to be syncing with QB until we log into Method, bring up the invoice and click save then it will sync with QB. We did not flag Sync Aprpove field, it is unchecked so I would ...

Hi Retrotel,
This is most likely caused by the advanced script filter in the Generate Report action like I suspected. If you changed the actions that build resultReportFilter, the advanced where script may not be in SQL format and if so would prevent the report form generating.

Our Method CRM users intermittantly cannot login to Method CRM, or we get the spinning balls of death, too frequently today. We get locked out of Method for up to a minute or two. This is unacceptable. Please fix!

Here is the exact error:
Error^Action Sequence Order:138^ERROR: There was an unspecified error loading the report. Please check your Generate Report action to ensure all filters are setup properly, and that the report loads correctly in the report designer.

I've installed the Outlook plugin on my machine running Office 2010. However, when I try to install on one of my employee's machines running 2007, the install seems to go fine but no add in is installed. No buttons or set up prompt. We have tried to install twice, restarted machine, etc. It's odd.

Hi Robert,
Makes sense and thanks for sharing your solution. You're right, 2 users would have to run the report at the same instant for one user's where script to show on another's report.

Hi Retrotel,
By removing the main filter, do you mean you removed the resultReportFilter action result? Did you also remove it from the Where Script in the Generate Report action settings? If you post the full error message here I might be able to give some insight.
However if the only filter you need is on the date field, you should be ...
