THANKS, ON THE SECOND PART I HAD TRIED TO LINK IT ALSO BUT THOUGHT I WAS NOT DOING SOMTHING RIGHT TRIED EVEN TO LINK TO DIFFERENT ACTIVITY WITHIN ACTIVITY AND IN CUSTOMERS BUT NOTHING WORKED.

Hi Dan, Unfortunately, we don't have the ability to increate the height of the grid. It can however, increase based on the amount of text in the cell.  Just simply check the Auto Grow checkbox when editing the grid. Hope this helps, - Adam

I have been watching several webinars and reading on how to add table and fields. I still don't under stand how to add the customers equipment list to the field list in report designer.
