We use Item Groups in Quickbooks (quite a few actually) and those same numbers do translate to Method, however they do not carry over the Group items that are assocaited. Method needs to poll our QB item master before adding the items to the Estimate/Sales Order.

Hi Mike,
I have a different approach for you. Our "Refresh Grid" action has an option to clear checkboxes. Can you use that action at the end of the button or action set? This way, once everything is completed, the grid will refresh and clear all of the checkboxes.

I removed my comment from this post. Apparently my suggestion may cause problems due to the Lead Rating being used in multiple screens and reports. I was not aware of these connections. I will get back to you when I confirmed if there is a way to change the Lead Ratings. As of now, there doesn't seem to be a way to do ...

On which screen are you trying to view the documents? Below is a screenshot of the Edit lead screen. If you were to click on the preview in the Document column, the file should load.
