    There is no RefNumber in the message.  When I go to the Resolve Conflicts screen there is not RefNumber.  When I click on More Info there is not RefNumber either. There is a RecordID in the table.  Just the RecordID for each invoice.  We had created a bunch of invoices months ago w/ Method that were never synced to QB. ...

    Andy, Your RAM is still a little low for a Server 2008 Datacenter setup, but it does meet the minimum.  Are you sure its entirely the Method engine taking up 100% of the resources, or are 100% of the resources being used when its running/syncing?  Have you tried shutting down the Method engine and just running Quickbooks?  How ...

    Any plans to have some sort of direct integration with MS Exchange?  OR, at the very least an automatic sync? This is by far the largest missing component for Method, and it is something I hear time and time again from existing, and potential clients of Method Integration.

    Paul, I resolved the issue of sales rep.  THX! As far as the Bills that wont post to qbooks i have tried several diff scenarios and still no luck. I have changed to "has been billed" " not billable" and " billable" and added a customer still wont sync

    Hey  Jeff, Just to add something special about QBCustom Fields.  They are always Text fields... Just need to be aware of this if you do any customization with these fields in Method.  Don't get me wrong. These fields sync fine between QB and Method.  Your question #4 asked about your ItemInventory screen.   ...

The QuickBooks Online API doesn't support the IsActive status to change so it has to be set to Yes/True.     Mike, If QB has an import feature specifically for Constant Contact, that may be the better route. Either way you do it, the information will sync between Method and QuickBooks. If there's a tool specifically for the software you're importing from, use that, and the data should sync over to Method just fine. - Justin
