The issue iI am having is there does not seem to be clear definitions between what constitues a case and what is just an activity. Or how somtimes items are just entered as activities and not a case/opportunity. Issue resolved.  CRM doesn't populate the tax code from information contained at the customer level, it populates it based on the tax code from the item list.

Hello,      In my knowledge of databases, this would not be true.  Whatever you name the field in QuickBooks is what the name will be in Method.  You may have two Program Level fields in the table or Method is only showing one.  It's not a good idea to use the same name as a field already in the ...

We'll be upgrading our quickbooks from version 12 to version 14 soon, and I wanted to check if there was anything we needed to know or do to make the transition a smooth one with Method.

what happens if the main computer with the method integration engine is off line for 2 or 3 weeks, will I be able to work in the other computer and will it synch with QB?

Matt, Thank you for the additional comments, when I spoke with Mike, he agrees that this seems to be only on February release.  I left that part out of my last post only because I want to replicate this in my own account before I say it is for sure February (not that I don't believe either of you). -Ben

Ben, I was experiencing problem 2 this morning as well. Certain screens would show that error. One example I can recall is the resolve conflicts screen. To any users following this thread, We have been in contact with Mike and are looking into these issues he brought up.  We are still unsure what the exact issue here is, I will be doing some testing on this today.  I will post here with any updates we have on these issues. -Ben
