I'm a bit confused by this statement "I have added fields that are in QB but are not linked by the QB interface". Are these QB custom fields? If so they should be available in Method. If they are Method only fields, there would be no way to put them into QB.

Hi,
This is all really dependant on where the QuickBooks file is. If you have both files on the same server, the sync engine will load and connect to the appropriate account. If you have two Right Networks servers, each with a file, then you'll need to have the sync engine installed on both servers.
