Wavetec - We looked into it and it was too restrictive in the back end.  The Design Report permission was stretched out to the open report permission, which was not what we had originally intended.  It's all storeded in the RecurrenceInfo field.  It's all XML - so a little ugly to a non developer, but totally necessary.

You need to have the "Name" field. Would be more useful if it told you the name of the field that was required, wouldn't it?
