Method Community

Our accounting department are thinking about moving our quickbooks data from desktop to the online version. We are currently using method with the desktop version. Is it an easy transition to move method to the online version of Quickbooks? thanks

I have about 230 activities assigned to a salesperson from the beinning of June through the end of August that are currently marked as "not started" that I need marked as "completed". Is there a way for me to acomplish this in one fell swoop? Or will I need to go through one at a time and mark them as complete?

Jason, I think I was able to do this correctly, after the initial add, I can't get the screen to show both criteria at the same time like you have above, but I think the second part is still there as I have the "remove Where" option, but no "And Where" option.  However, when I run the actions, it is returning the same ...

Hi Mike, This logic looks perfect to me. I don't believe there is a more efficient way to do this in the current version of Method. I can't confirm, but there might be 'else' capabilities in the next version of Method. Keep an eye out for that.  Jason

Hi Steve, I believe this could theortically be possible, however I would have to do some further testing to confirm this.  It would also likely require some heavy modification to that screen.  May I ask, why do you want to remove the date completely?  I undestand that when a job is being done in-house, you probably have a ...
