I've been playing around with customizing our quote template and have come across this error:
"Object reference not set to an instance of an object"
How can I determine where that reference is not set and then fix it?

Did you actually create a new table? Or did you add a new field to an existing table? It's important that I know this to properly help.
If you created a new table (Customize>>>Tables / Fields) Method probably added a new screen which would appear under ...

I've created a new table within the customize tab of Field Services, and I want to insert it into the AddEdit WorkOrder screen (within Field Services). For some reason, it does not appear as an option. Can someone please assist?

Updated Import / Export Tool
The following updates are now available for the Method Import / Export tool:
Common tables - When choosing to import or export tables, only "Common tables" are shown initially. To show the rest of the tables, simply unclick Show only common tables?.
