also i've looked in the area that sends emails under estimates, and i've gone to add new etc. and i see the tab for default pdf templates but nothing that shows how to actually edit that email template and include an attachment can you be more specific please? :)

Aaron- What exactly is the error message that they are getting? The payment types are populated from what you have setup under Customize > My Account > Payment Gateways -Michael

Nicole- Something like this could be done using Portals. You could create a customized Portal for surveys and send out that portal link to your customers and have them fill out that survey. That survey info would all be stored in a table which means you can then manipulate it as needed. -Michael

I'm assuming you are doing the invoicing through field services, you could put some kind of condition in the create invoices screen that if it is a job use the parent for invoicing therefore putting all the sub jobs on the invoice for the parent.
